About the course
The Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Entertainment Management provides career training and practical experience for those passionate about the arts and whose talents are in management. Students are provided with a broad background in the arts by taking courses in film, music, theatre, and visual arts. Training in the arts combines developing skills in research, cultural planning, arts advocacy, cultural policy, marketing, production and distribution, fundraising, financial management, and entrepreneurship. Each student gains vital practical experience working in the arts during two internships, various applied to learn in classes, and cultural travel and field trips. Finally, all majors choose a management, marketing, or entrepreneurship minor.
