About the course
This track is designed for students interested in transferring to a four-year institution to pursue a Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on entrepreneurship. The transfer track provides students with the opportunity to engage in ideation, business and financial modeling, effectuation, rapid prototyping, and design thinking. This transfer track is for students interested in studying entrepreneurship in order to transfer to a four-year university/college school of business. This experiential track provides students with the opportunity to engage in ideation, business and financial modeling, effectuation, rapid prototyping, and design thinking. How to apply
Entry requirements for Hillsborough Community College
To be eligible for admission to an associate degree program at HCC, applicants must submit documentation that they have the equivalent of one of the following:
high school equivalency certificate (GED)
Associate or higher degree
standard high school diploma
If you graduated from a high school outside of the United States, your transcripts, graduation certificates and/or exam results must be evaluated by a NACES-approved agency to prove equivalency with a U.S. high school diploma.
Official Transcripts from all institutions attended be sent to HCC in a sealed envelope or electronically directly from the issuing institution.
TOEFL score of 61 (iBT)/173 (CBT)/500 (PBT) or higher
IELTS Academic overall band score of 5.5 or higher
iTEP Academic score of 4.0 or higher
STEP Eiken minimum score of Grade 2A or higher
Cambridge English: C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency, minimum score of 165 or higher
SAT scores (college-level reading): Old SAT section score of 440 or new SAT test score of 24 or higher
ACT scores (college-level reading) of 19 or higher
