Programs are large scale projects made up of several projects that are dependant on each other. Outlining objectives, planning execution, managing operations, and reporting on status are just a few of the functions involved in carrying out a successful program.Gain the knowledge and the skills to delegate projects appropriately and deliver programs that impact business growth.

　　Advanced Diploma of Program Management is best suited for people who have experience in a project management role and are seeking to enhance their program management skills to further their career.

　　This course will provide students with a solid foundation in Program Management across a range of industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to direct, plan and lead a range of program functions.
