About the course
As a student in our renowned hospitality program, you will develop a strong range of practical skills and theoretical knowledge for employment in frontline and managerial positions in restaurants, hotels, cafes, motels and other hospitality establishments. You will be taught a range of practical skills in food and beverage, housekeeping, front-office and catering, as well as management skills such as financial operations, business planning, leadership, budgeting and human resource management. A senior manager in food and beverage, hotel operations manager, cafe owner, hotel or motel owner, catering manager. The average salary for a restaurant manager in Australia is AU54,344 per year.
