Named after the British explorer, Matthew Flinders, the university welcomes students from all over the globe who dare to be different.

  Established in 1966, Flinders ranked within the top two per cent of universities by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings in 2020. Its campuses combine picturesque nature with laid-back urban living.

  Based in Adelaide, Flinders is in an ideal location for international students who wish to enjoy what Australia has to offer. Entry requirements

To gain admission at Flinders, students must fulfil two types of entry requirements, academic and English language requirements.

  

Academic entry requirements

For direct admission to an undergraduate course, a student should have successfully completed a recognised secondary education qualification.

  For entry into a postgraduate course, in addition to the language entry requirements, students must also meet the specific academic criteria listed for that course.

  

English language entry requirements

International students whose native language is not English must meet the English language entry requirements. Students who do not fulfil the English language and academic entry requirements can apply to one of the pathway programs available. Campuses

All three of its campuses offer world-class facilities.

  The Bedford Park campus is co-located with Flinders Medical Centre. The Tonsley campus is an AUD 120 million centre of innovation, to meet the challenging requirements of the contemporary world. Accommodation
