The Doctor of Medicine is a postgraduate coursework degree that will provide you with clinical and research training to develop the skills needed to be responsive to the health needs of individuals, families and communities and committed to improving the health care system at all levels. Satisfactory performance* in an admissions test – Domestic applicants must submit valid Graduate Australian Medical School Admissions Test (GAMSAT) results with their application. International applicants may alternatively submit valid Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) results.
Satisfactory performance* in an interview - Applicants who meet the minimum GPA and admission test requirements will be considered for participation in the interview process, the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI). Note: For 2020 entry, domestic applicants who attend a face-to-face interview will be required to complete a Situational Judgement Test (SJT) Trial (pdf, 152KB) after the MMI.
TOEFL-IBT- A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 23 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 25 in Writing
IELTS score- A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 7.0 in each band
